I am paying child support for our daughter, her mother has not worked in 10 yrs. Just sits and receive foodstamps and now she gets ssi. Does that count as her income to where they can lower my support

Each state or country has its own rules, in some places the income of the mother does not have a bearing on it. So your location is important to this.

Also has your income changed since the order was in place ?
