My period was 2 days late prior to it being late I took a few pregnancy test the day of my expected period and the following day they all were negative. My period is NEVER late I have regular periods but when I did decide to come on I still felt pregnant (nausea,fatigue,back pain,breast tenderness) as we speak I'm now spotting I haven't had to change the pad all day! I'm supposed to come on for at least 3 days this period just doesn't seem , look, or feel normal... Could I be pregnant? I ovulated on the 29th and had unprotected intercourse that day as well my period was due the 12th it came the 14th instead o_o I'm lost just want answers.

Two days is not late, sorry, it is very normal. If you had a period, then you are not pregnant.

Women can even miss a period sometimes. Body changes, stress, diet, work can all effect your period.

Also, you can not test the day of a period, or even 2 days late. You need to be at least 14 days late, to even start testing.

If you think the period was not a real period, just spotting, then when you are about 14 days latter, try a pregnancy test. Use the first urine of the morning

Like Chuck said, 2 days late isn't considered late. Ever woman experiences a late period without pregnancy, at least once in their lives. Two days isn't considered late at all. Most doctors won't even do a pregnancy test at only 2 days late.

Many things can contribute to a late period. Stress (if you're trying to conceive that can be stressful and can delay your period), weight gain, weight loss, exercise, illness, medication, etc.

At two days it's way too early to test. You shouldn't test until you're at least 2 weeks late.

If this spotting doesn't turn into a period, I'd wait for your next period and see what happens. If you miss it too, test using first morning urine, or get a blood test.
