After the purchase of a airline ticket/ passport/visa is there a travel allowance fee to pay / a first time traveler / woman needs to visit the u.s ? I was told this by a travel agent in ghana.

You've already sent money for a ticket and a visa I assume....cut your losses and send no more. You are being scammed and will never see this person.
