I'm going through the same thing but, I have 2 mobile homes, maybe 3, located in a mobile home park in Kern County. Here's the kicker, when I called the Mojave Courthouse they told me there is NO standard "court from" for abandonment and I would have to use a blank "petition". Is there somewhere I can go to with help on filling one out?

You are not really clear, you own two or three ( not sure) homes in a park ?

Or do you down the mobile home park ?

And how are you not sure if the homes are abandoned or not ? Someone is either paying lot rent or they are not. Someone is either cutting the grass and keeping it up. ( I assume you have leases for lots that require maintanice and if not, they pay penalties)

So assuming you are the park owner, you need at least this first time, to hire an attorney to do all this for you. Because each home may have different situations with it. Do they have liens on them, if so, are you billing the lien holder for the lot rent ?

What does your lease with these people said as your rights ?
