First, its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. To avoid confusion I've moved your post to its own thread.

Second, if you had read the thread where you posted, you would have known that you don't get a W2 for Unemployment Insurance, you get a 10099G.

Third, by law, they have to be mailed by Jan 31st. Organizations rarely mail them much before that. Though they may be available online earlier.

Some other points. You should be able to figure out how much you received since the weekly payment should have been the same. Also, I believe that the IRS will not be accepting returns before the end of January.

Actually, you can mail or efile the returns anytime in January. The IRS will simply NOT begin processing until 31 January 2014. The various tax websites will hold all efiled returns until 31 January 2014.
