7 weeks late on period, had small amount of spotting about 4 weeks ago. Stomach visually bloated and feeling bloated, mild cramps and had some pain centre under my ribs. Took so many tests and they are all negative apart from one which came out with a horizontal line in the pregnancy zone but was suppose to be vertical or nothing at all. Very confused could I still be pregnant ? 

There are of course many reasons for missed period. Also, some women do not show pregnant on the home tests until 2nd or 3rd month.

You need at this point, to go and get a blood test to confirm.
