Hi my name is cherice I have a four year old little girl and her dad just got out of prison on dec.1 2006 and he only has seen her 8 times and eveytime he see her its for like ten min at a time he calls and tells me he going to move down south and that means he won't spend anytime with her my husband acts more like a daddy then him so how do I go about having his parental rights taking a way thank you what to do in New York

First of course you have to ask him to sign them over on his own. If not what you will have to do is get an attorney to try and have the court take his away.
