Okay so I had protected sex and I missed my period which arnt always accurate anyway. My breasts have been sore and tender. I've had a few headaches, and few mood swings. I also see these white dots on my nipples. Could I be pregnant or is it just my period coming?

It could be either. See what happens when you would expect your next period. If it too doesn't show, try a test. If, however, you feel that you start to experience other possible symptoms of early pregnancy, you could test sooner.

Since you used protection, and you are sometimes irregular, odds are you are not pregnant, but obviously any sex, protected or not could result in a pregnancy.
