We just went through cold spell our well froze but by the time the well man came water was back on, but now the pressure is low and when you turn the water in kitchen no water in the shower also when you flush the toilet water low in kitchen seems to have effect through the house and way of finding what has to be donw

Unfortunately it sounds like you have a busted pipe somewhere.

What kind of pump do you have, surface or submersible? Where is the tank located, at the well or in the house? If located in the house, do you have a check valve between the tank and the well?

What does the pressure gauge read? Is the pump running when no water is being used. If submersible pump, are the points of the pressure switch open or closed.

If you turn off the breakers to the pump, does the pressure remain constant when no water is being used?

The person who answered my question Harold the pressure gauge between the well and tank reads 40 and the well is in the ground outside the house. We no the tank is shipped at 40 psi so should it be different now we aren't sure

I assume that means that the tank came precharged @ 40 lbs. That simply means that the tank was precharged @ 40 lbs in anticipation that your pump switch would operate between 42 and 62 pounds. Not the question I was asking.
If the pressure gauge currently reads 40, with no water being used, that would indicate that you could have a busted pipe. The question is where is the busted pipe?
To confirm that, turn the breakers to the pump off and watch the pressure gauge. If the pressure drops that would confirm a busted pipe.
If the tank is in or under the house and you see no sign of water leaking, that would indicate that the line between well and the tank is busted or the well pipe is busted.
If the tank is at the well, you should have a shut off valve on the line to the house. Close that valve and turn the breakers back on. The pressure should go up to about 60. Turn breakers off and open house line valve. If pressure drops with no water being used that would also indicate a busted line between the well and the house.

If pressure does not go up that would indicate a busted well pipe.
