Had an xtation cord with a candle in a window the lite burnt out when replaced it made two popping sounds and two flashes and niw my wall outlet won't work and no fuses popped in control panel

Where is this outlet located, bedroom, bath, kitchen?
Do other outlets in that room work?
You said no fuse popped, do you really mean fuse or could you mean circuit breaker.
