My husband and I have had sex on the 17th,20th and 24th, I ovulated on the 23rd. A few days later the 26th I began to cramp which lasted for about two days. My expected period was to come on the 4th it never showed, I started spotting the next day it stopped a few hrs later. The next day I assumed I got a very light period, only used one pad. Then on the 7th, yday, nothing! Can anyone explain what's going on? Ive also had a few other symptoms, fatigue, headaches, heartburn, sore breast, back aches and my husband thinks I've been a little snappy lately . Please help , I have a doctors appointment Friday but we can't wait until then.

Late period, a dozen medical problems, pregnancy, take your pick.

I would ask, how do you know when you ovulated, are you using testing to know actual day ?

But for pregnancy, you have to wait till you are 2 week late, then test using first urine of the morning.
Anything else is a guess at this point
