My tub and shower is never the same temperature, @ the same setting on the temperature monitor handle. What makes it worse is the temperature monitor handle is frozen in place and can not be ajusted. How do i attempt to repair this, and will i need to purchase a new sleeve assembly, o rings and what ever else?
