If you drink 8 or more glasses of water a day, that you will lose weight?
Yes, it is true that drinking 8 or more glasses of water a day will help you lose weight. But you eat (and food preparation methods) and how much and what kind of exercise you get are important factors in weight loss. It is never just one factor.
If you do not combine exercise with drinking water and watching what you eat, you will not lose any weight. If you don't combine the two, you'll possibly lose water weight but that will only dehydrate your system. The real weight loss will show with a little effort to get it off. Simply walking 15 minutes a day and eating good foods plus drinking your water will help you lose weight.Quote:
