Hot water but no cold water in the kitchen sink. It may be frozen but I've been thawing with a hair dryer for two hours and still no cold water?

Is time to do some checking. Remove the supply from the angle stop and see if you have water to the valve. Let me know what you find. Back to you, Tom

    Hi Greg

Pipes will not thaw unless you give an outlet for the water to start FLOWING...;)

Open the faucets of the pipes you are working on. When you see a trickle, you'll know you are close to a final thaw! A word of caution: know where your main water shutoff is in case that frozen pipe is actually a BROKEN/BURST pipe that will only show once it thaws, OK?
