Symptoms can be a delayed/skipped period, they can be pregnancy, they can be something else entirely.
There is NO way to know without a test, 2 weeks after your period was due.

I will assume you had sex. So you well could be pregnant. You did not say how late you are. And of course these are also signs of a period coming.

So you need to wait till you are 14 days late and do a pregnancy test
Use the first urine of the morning.
