The hot water itself is supplied from the boiler in the basement. I am on the third floor house suite; the second floor house suite is also confirmed to not having any cold water running, the main floor still has good flowing hot and cold water! Using a hair dryer, I've read about but I don't think you're asking me to blow dry the pipes with the p traps exposed, so please do let me know how I can proceed? If I need to get a plumber in? Thanks
