I have a picture of a person whose identity has been hi-jacked by people wanting to scam other people out of money. I would just like to find out who this person is and if he is aware of this. He introduced himself as Fred Smith aged 49. When I spoke to this person who wanted to scam me out of money he did not sound American but Nigerian. They are also using pictures of children. Please is there a way you can help me.

There is no way, you are best just to drop it. So they are using a photo, most likely just down loaded it from a web site. It is common scams.

If you wish to turn the information over to the police, then it is great.
