    Is there a recall Serial # 4611A46139 Model # 925SA42060E17A-A
I want to know if there is a recall on this Model & Serial #? I have been having problems with condensation building up. . Repair man blew out pipes twice . Still not working. I set the temp to 68 and it only goes up to 61 . The unit is a 90 % Bryant Heat & Air. It was installed 11-1-11. I get an error code 3-1 but the pressure switch has been checked and it is OK.

There is nothing wrong with the heater, it should produce water. However, the plastic pipes are not properly sloped. You should see water vapor, particularly in cold weather, coming from the exhaust pipe. The pressure switch may be OK but it is tripping because of the back pressure in the exhaust drain. Have someone slope the exhaust side pipe.

You may also have a condensate trap which is dirty. It should be removed, flushed out with hot water & a household cleaner or bleach then flushed again.
