I doo not see my seal, and Yahoo does not recognize my password, I checked :"my account may be compromised" got a code, and advised to call customer care at 800 xxx xxxx. Upon calling, whether I enter the code or not I am told that the code is invalid and get hung up on. Called 8 times. What is going on? Yahoo loves their customers, but hates to help them/

Not sure how you expect us to help. Did you try replying to the e-mail they sent.

Yahoo has the worst security. Go to another provider.
