I've only taken one home pregnancy test and it came back negative n I'm not a big person so it's very unusual for my stomach to look like it does (pregnant) I've had lower back pain and mild cramps n every now n then I'll have a strange metal taste in my mouth n my boons are not sore I hvnt had any morning sickness(throwing up) but I do feel nauseas and I've been tried more than usually...

Most likely it is neither but some simple illness or even nothing.

What you did not say, how many periods have you missed. You would not be showing ( stomach showing) unless you have missed 2 or 3 periods.

So you need to tell us more about yourself, and why these were two choices. Not the normal two we get.
