I feel my wife and all my friends and family are messing with myhead and driving me to kill myself what should I do ?

How are they "messing" with your head ?

If they are, messing with your head, you leave wife and get away from family that are doing this.

If it is all in your head, you get professional help to find out what is causing these feelings

One person might be messing with you, but everybody, no.
So find a mental health clinic and say what you said here.
Don't let them just give you medication - you need therapy too.
