I paid for a home inspection. I was told that the house was "good to go". I bought the house now I am finding things wrong with the home. The electric is really messed up. It was supposed to be checked during the inspection.

Read the contract you most likely signed with them first.
This is a sample agreement:

If you can be more specific about the problems you have found, you will get more opinions here. For instance, in what regard is the electric meesed up?
Where the inspection was done, was there electric power to the home ? If not, did you pay for power to be hooked up for the inspection ? Or did they merely do circuit tests ?
What type of issues.
And most important, what does the contract with the inspector say ? Most do not hold the inspector liable for not noticing things.
