Please help, been trying to remember the name of a song for a long time now.

It's a funny dance music video, has pairs of different nationatilties dancing against each other. I think a japanese/chinese couple won by break dancing, there was also a german couple in the full dress doing slap dance.

I'm pretty sure this was out within the last 5-7 years

Can't remember name of song or artist and its really annoying me
