Sounds like irritation, or a tear. That part of your body is very sensitive, and easily torn, or injured. Rough sex can cause bleeding, so can rough fingering, or sharp fingernails. But is that what happened? We can only guess, we can't tell you for sure. If you're concerned, see your doctor.
