I found out I was five weeks pregnant and then bled for 7 days and didn't go to the doctor but took pregnancy test and all came back negative and I haven't had a period and am gaining a lot of weight what's going on

How did you "find out you were pregnant" ?

Did you do a home pregnancy test ? Did you see a doctor.

Your bleeding for 7 days sounds like a period??
