I am 29 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby. My husband had a severe cold and now I have it. It started with sneezing and nasal congestion, which soon escalated into very frequent coughing and now wheezing. I am also suffering from severe sinus pressure off and on, with intermittent headaches. My eyes kind of burn and are irritated by light. I know common colds and be pesky and quite uncomfortable, but how long should I let things continue before I call my OB?

For now, treat the symptoms with pregnancy approved medication such as tylenol. Seek medical attention if your temperature is 100.4F or above.
