Dear doctor

My blood group is B (negative). I'm 6 weeks pregnant and had a day of PV spotting. I've checked guidelines in regards to Anti-D administration in first trimester and it is controversial. What would you recommend?

I think you mean that you are rH negative. That is more important than
Anti D. With rH negative blood type, you will get a rhoGam sot further along in your pregnancy.

These are discussions that you and your doctor need to be having. Have you meet with doctor and explained all of this to them ?
