Just replaced ignition box and now the electronic ignition continues to keep initiating longer than usual. What do I need to do next, it will light after thirty seconds or so but I am having a houseful for the holidays and really need some assistance, thanks Eric.

It would seem you have a flame sense problem. I suggest you remove & clean the flame sensor. I generally prefer a scotch bite pad but plain steel wool will work. Make sure the sensor is well into the flame & all the grounds are clean & tight.
