OK so. I'm nine weeks pregnant yesterday my vagina swelled and today it's really itchy what can I do about it also can that be a miscarriage?

It is only a miscarriage if you are losing huge clots of blood. The swelling should be disgnosed by your doctor, sounds like an allergic reaction.
