High efficiency furnace goes through pre-firing routine; glow plug turns orange, the four burners have gas and ignite for one(1) second and fire goes out. After approx five(5) minutes furnace does above again with same results. Over past days firing would stay on longer from normal operation to a couple minutes to several seconds and now to above described scenario. I cleaned flame sensor thinking this would fix, but.. . need help

Make sure filters are clean. 90% heater? If so make sure both pipes are clear. Reset all safeties -look for little red buttons. Check the high limit switch for continuity. I would replace the flame sensor, they are pretty inexpensive. No codes blinking?

You have a flame sensing problem. With what did you clean the flame sensor? Also make sure all ground wire connections are clean & tight.
