I have a bump on like the top skin above my vagina and I poked it with a needle and white stuff and blood came out, it went away and came back in the same spot like three different times I haven't asked my doctor because I'm only 17 and am afraid please help... Also I looked p different things online of what it could be and all that popped up was cysts but it isn't really that big

We can't diagnose online. In other words, there's really no way to tell you what it is, we can only guess. Only a doctor can actually tell you what's going on.

So, here are a few guesses. Ingrown hair, cyst, STD (if you're sexually active), boil, and the list goes on.

I agree with Alty. We can't diagnose and never poke at something like that and open yourself up to infection. See your doctor.
