I married & divorced in Florida over a decade ago and in the decree I was to pay a certain amount of credit card debit, none of which my name was on, and some I didn't even know he had. Can he STILL try to sue me in small claims court to collect?

Did you abide by the divorce decree ?
Abide? As in pay the debt, no? Everything else was followed
If you were ordered to pay he can sue you for contempt if you did not pay.
Even if it was iver 10 years ago? What about the statue of limitations in the state of Florida? Does it not apply?
I'm not familiar with Florida SOL, however this was a court order. Correct? If so, you are in contempt of that order.
OK... I understansd. I don't like it, but I do understand. I guess at that time I could countersue because there were obligations not met on his behalf as well.
As has been said, he can probably get a contempt order to force OP to pay.
But, to answer the question, not in small claims court.
