    How do electrical engineers work?
What do electrical engineers do while at work?
    Do they work at home?
    Must they continue learning?

    Thanks!

Most work in large companies, either on job sites or in office buildings.

A few may work out of their home, as a office and they drive to various job sites.

Yes they would continue to learn, and do additional education often

In terms of what they do while a work, it all depends on the specialty that their career is focused on. Some specialize in circuit design, figuring out how to design products such as computers, game consoles, TVs, cell phones, avionics, etc. Some specuialize in designing new integrated circuit chips - microsprocessors, LEDs, etc. Some speciallize in power supplies - figuring out how to distribute power to all the various components inside a product. Some specialize in high frequency transmission design - such as radio antennas for cell phones and the design of connectors to carry data rates of gigabits per second (my specialty, by the way). In almost all cases EEs use computer simulations to help in designing things, and do a lot of hands-on work in a lab to build prototypes and see if their design performs as they expect.
