Did the water slowly decrease over time or just stop all at once? Does the sink have good pressure, flow and volume?

Remove the shower head completely so its just the pipe coming from the wall. Try to turn on the shower, anything?

You need to remove the valve stems which means shutting off your main first. Do you know how to remove the knbs and escution plate or bonnet?
