I have little poison ivy type of bumps. I scratched. I thought I just had a scratch. Now it has spread to most of my arm AND around my eyes. My eye lids and around them. It hurts. I only have Medicare and no primary Dr. So I would have to go to an E.R. tomorrow. I can't see very well in the dark.

Only on 1 side of your body? If yes, possibly Shingles.

Besides the obvious (going to ER or dermatologist), you can try going to Google, click on the images icon in upper right corner and then enter shingles, poison ivy, etc., whatever you think it could be into the search bar...
