I am trying to conceive since 3 months there is no response inside from my body.. wt to do?

Three months is not a very long time. Since you have not told us what you are doing to try to conceive (other than sexual intercourse), we can't advise much. You can start doing things like keeping track of your basal temperature to see when you might be ovulating. There are others things you can do. If it still doesn't take after more than 6 months you need to start discussions with your OB/Gyn
