Do you have to pay to access records of the court?

Not sure about access charge or not, but reasonable fees can be charged for copies I am certain. Registrar of Wills fee was 50 cents per page 2 to 3 years ago, maybe more now.
All governed by the Maryland Public Information Act which you should be able to find online.
