So anyway I remember watching this film around 1999/2000s all I can remember is that it's about a brother and a sister , and the sister asks for it to snow for Christmas , since it hasn't snowed where they lived, so then her and her brother is then taking by a man with a train and a red beard I think , and they go to different levels e.g. level 9 there is a snow maker etc and at the end of the film they both wake up and it is snowing outside , so please can you help me find this film id love to watch it this christmas
