I have been fighting for custody of my two girls for two years I recently taken a hair follicle test and failed for marajuana. No I do not smoke, for the past 6 months I have taken randon ua's and did not fail any. What should do? I go back to court in June for permanent hearing.

I assume you have some sort of a drug abuse history, else I don't understand why you are taking random UAs. Why did you take the folicle test instead? If the test was incorrect, clearly it would be wise to find an expert to explain why you failed the test.

You and your attorney. ( fighting DHS without an attorney is almost impossible. ) should protest that test and ask for additional testing to show it was in error.
