Lost hot water at one sink
All other hot water flows in house work but the kitchen sink. I turned off the cold water feed under the sink and get slightly lukewarm water. If I fluctuate the control knob on top there will be a 2-3 second period of slightly warmer water then it goes back to slightly lukewarm.

Pressure is good and water in the rest of the house will burn you.

What is going on and how do I fix it?

    Thanks!

How is the pressure on the hot side? Do you have a good flow? Back to you, Tom
