To answer your question is there a court ordered visitation schedule in place? If not, then you need go back to the court to either enforce or amend the schedule. If there isn't one, then you need to go to Family Court to request one.

If you don't have a child custody order in place you need to file and get one. Then if she does not obey the child custody agreements you can take her back to court for comtempt.

I agree, you need to go to court and go through mediation and if that does not work then you need to have the court decide on a visitation schedule for you, and whatever the court decides, it will be in the best interest of the child.

I just have to say that I respect you for wanting to see your child. I have a daughter and her father will not take part in her life unless I initiate it. Pretty sad, huh?
