Does bio claire cream does any harm or has any effects?

There are side effects with anything that you use to actually change your appearance. Sadly, I tried to find a list for you online, and now I have a virus on my computer, so I'm not really keen to look further.

No. If anything I'd like to darken my skin, but like creams, tanning is dangerous as well, so I blend in with the snow. :(
