My boyfriend is on probation for a DWI. He is an alcoholic but has been doing quite well with staying away from it, however he backslid a little bit Tuesday night and had a few beers with some friends from work. He had a urine test this morning (Saturday) and I'm afraid he may not pass. He hasn't had anything with alcohol since Tuesday evening that I'm aware and drank a LOT of water last night. My question is, will he pass the urine test or can I expect him to go back to jail? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Chances are he will not get caught on alcohol, that has a detection time of about 60-80 hours, or 3.5 days.

Is he doing a Alcoholics Anonymous or something like that? He might want to chck that you. It is easy to backslide once and easier to do it twice. Eventually he will be caught and go back to jail.
