Iam getting pain in my chest right side,its coming when I am taking deep breath also.. also I have cough problems.. now I am afraid this pain may be any problem related with heart... please advice

How about asking your doctor? Would get better answers from him /her.

We can't diagnose online, but I can offer a guess. If you've been coughing a lot, it could be that you bruised a rib, and that's what's causing the pain. Of course this is only a guess, and you should definitely see your doctor for an actual diagnosis.
