Don't move and find new job?

    Find a room mate

Find someone to take over lease if that is allowed.

Sorry, but a lease is an obligation that you agreed to. Unless your lease has an early termination clause you are responsible for the balance of the lease.

However, the landlord has an obligation to make a good faith effort to relet the unit. And it can't hold you responsible for rental past when he finds a new tenant.

    So you have 4 options
    1) stay until the lease ends
    2) negotiate a buyout (usually 2 months)
    3) sublet (if the lease allows)
    4) find a replacement tenant that is agreeable to the landlord
