I've been having mild menstrual like cramps and have been spotting off and on for the past 3 days. My cycle is very regular. My period is dude to start 9 days from today. Is it too soon to have implantation symptoms or could this be a caused by stress?

Could be stress. The surest sign of pregnancy is a missed period. So it is going to be a waiting game, give it two weeks past when you were supposed to have your period before you test .Most home pregnancy tests have a high false negative before that point.

Stress can do a lot to your system, including delaying periods or amplifying PMS symptoms. Take it will a grain of salt and wait for a missed period.
