Hello Help Desk. Furnace will not go past ignition of the pilot. The peizo lights the pilot which shuts off after a few seconds without lighting the main burners. The main burner gas is not being opened. It goes through a couple of these cycles, then stops trying.

There is probably a small rod which sticks into the pilot flame. Remove that rod & clean it well. If there is a hood over the pilot, clean it as well. While you have the pilot assembly out, make sure all ground connections are clean (sandpaper does a good job here).
