Can somebody help me and give me some answers. I think I am pregnant. I've had sore breast, urinating frequently, moody and my belly and boobs itch. But my period was due on 12/10 which on that day was a little pink when I used the bathroom and nothing else until I woke up yesterday morning and was spotting and now I am bleeding pretty heavy and having clots in my blood but they aren't big and all day yesterday I had horrible abdominal pains. Any help?

Sore boobs come because they're grown to feed a child, this happens later in the first trimester. Having to pee every hours comes because your uterus so so huge that it is confining the bladder so it can't fill properly and the weight makes you need to pee. This is a symptom coming to the second and third trimester.

You're having a period. You could just be a little late. It is possible that there is an embryo in the mix there but it would be a small clot. If the bleeding doesn't lighten up in a day or two, then go see a doctor about it. You might have miscarried, but the embryo would have been so young that you wouldn't have a large effect on you physically.

There are a number of reasons that an embryo didn't take. Many don't have a viable genetic material, maybe the embryo just didn't take or divide right.
