We just starting a commercial cleaning business in Savannah GA, and we need to know how much to bid on warehouses ranging from 2500 -5500 sq ft.
4 bathrooms with 2 stalls, break room, small conference room, 3 offices and lobby area with cubicle. Floors are carpeted except hallway and breakroom
1- space 3xs per week
1- space 5 xs per week
1- space weekly with deep cleaning monthly
All will supply their on tissue , toilet paper, trash bags,
Vacuum, dusting, mopping emptying trash, wipe out refrig, and microwave.

Carpets cleaned quarterly, floors waxed and buffed quarterly

I hate to be a spoil sport but how could you decide to open up a cleaning business but have no idea what to charge. You have fixed costs and variable costs, taxes, insurance etc. How much have you spent already? Bonded? You need to look at what it will cost you to do business and how much you want.yo make. Did you get a business license? Commercial Insurance?
