Has any one had aproblem with their turn signials and high beams not working along with drivers side door lock switch and windsheild washer not working and do you know if it has any thing to do with the anti theft device on a2004 honda accord

When you state: "along with drivers side door lock switch", does that mean when you hit the switch, the door locks don't operate properly? Any other 'lock' symptoms?
This could be the source of your anti-theft concern. The Anti-Theft System won't work properly if the locks aren't working properly.
